SENDING YOUR PURCHASE AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

If your order is being shipped to a different address from your billing address, we would have to confirm the "ship-to" location before the order can be processed.

Please call our customer service center at 1-866-267-3252 for a return authorization before returning your equipment and or other hardware items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or process any returns without an authorization.

Coffee hardware may be returned for a refund provided that:

• It has not been opened or used, and in the original packaging.
• Opened products and products that
  do not have the original packaging will not be accepted.
  
  The item(s) are to be returned to O Coffee head office at 2000 Argentia Rd Plaza, 3 #400, Mississauga, ON L5N 1V9 by the purchaser and at the purchaser's expense.
• It is advisable that if the items are being returned by a courier service, then insurance coverage is to be added to your shipment since the item(s) is officially the property of the purchaser.

O Coffee reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. The cost of the original shipping amount will be deducted from the return amount even if your purchase had qualified for free shipping.

Please allow up to 10 days, for your return item to be inspected and for your refund to be processed.

Food items (i.e. coffee beans, coffee beverages) and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have an issue with coffee that you purchased from this site, please email or call us and we will make every effort to resolve your issue.
