Coffee is my passion! Being born and raised in Brazil, I grew up surrounded by coffee plantations. My father was a coffee affinado, and ran a high end roaster through my childhood.

As a plant nutritionist specializing in developing functional coffee products, I have a deep understanding of both plant nutrition and the science of food. My comprehensive knowledge of the nutritional requirements of plants, especially those used in the cultivation of coffee beans, allows me to identify and incorporate specific ingredients into coffee to enhance its health properties.

I am well-versed in the complexities of coffee farming, including soil composition, nutrient requirements, and plant growth stages. I thoroughly understand the various factors that affect coffee bean quality, such as climate, altitude, and processing methods. With this knowledge, I guide coffee farmers in optimizing plant nutrition, potentially resulting in beans with improved nutritional value.
