I'm Sarah Nguyen! I'm a highly skilled and passionate holistic nutritionist with a background in agri-food science, specializing in plant medicine and alternative therapies. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of nutrition to heal and nourish the body, I'm dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. 

Having obtained my certification in plant medicine from Cornell University, I have a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic properties of various plants, herbs, and natural remedies. My degree in Agronomy from University of Sao Paulo gives me the ability to identify and incorporate specific ingredients into coffee to create a product that offers additional health benefits beyond a regular cup of coffee.

I utilize this knowledge to create functional coffee blends that address individual needs and health concerns, as well as being a great cup of coffee to enjoy!

With a warm, empathetic approach, I take the time to truly understand clients' goals and challenges, providing education and guidance throughout their wellness journey. By focusing on holistic techniques and lifestyle modifications, such as mindful eating, stress management, and physical activity, I help clients achieve balance and vitality.

Throughout my career, I have successfully supported clients in overcoming various health issues, including digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, weight management, and chronic inflammation. By combining the principles of holistic nutrition, plant medicine, and evidence-based research, I empower individuals to take control of their health, enhance their well-being, and experience a renewed vitality.

Passionate about spreading knowledge, I also conduct workshops and seminars on holistic nutrition, mindful eating, and the benefits of plant medicine. I firmly believe in the power of education to transform lives and inspire positive change in communities.

In pursuit of advancing my expertise, I keep abreast of the latest scientific research, attends professional conferences, and constantly seeks new ways to enhance my practice. My dedication to ongoing learning ensures that my clients receive the most relevant and effective guidance in their wellness journey.

By combining my knowledge of food science, I make our functional coffee by enriching the best beans with additional ingredients to provide specific health benefits or functionality beyond the traditional effects of caffeine. These added components include plant derived vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, adaptogens, or other natural ingredients known for their potential health benefits. My functional coffee aims to combine the energizing effects of caffeine with potential extra advantages, such as improved focus, enhanced immune support, better digestion, or stress reduction.
